Friedrich Goldscheider (Austrian/French 1845-1897). Pan figure depicted at full length and in the round playing his pipes and sitting perched on a rock form base his hooved feet below. Verso with impressed Friedrich Goldscheider studio stamp and numbers (4699 2 17), as well as incised on the base "Haniroff". Verso also with addtional markes including "FABRIQUE EN AUTRICHE" (Made in Austria). Some polychroming on mythological statue. Overall height 21 inches.
