A pair of black crocodile Susan Bennis-Warren Edwards shoes owned by Miles Davis. Size 7 1/2. Reportedly purchased by Davis in 1990 at West 57th Street, New York, in preparation for his upcoming European tour. Susan Bennis and Warren Edwards were known for luxury shoes with outrageous elements. Examples of their creations are housed at the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute, the Victoria and Albert Museum, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
