An ankle-length pale pink chiffon skirt with black knit lace overlay, a black and pink silk and tulle bustle that features hanging skeleton bulbs and flowers. An additional pink bustle with black lace is included, together with an elaborate black tulle headpiece featuring floral and skeletal decorations and a broken headband with a switch to power the skeleton bulbs. No labels present. Bette Midler wore this ensemble to Hulaween, her 16th Annual New York Restoration Project's event, on October 28, 2011.
