Colonel William B. Travis; two certificates of appreciation from the USO, one from 1966 and one from 1985; two Treasury Department awards, including an appointment as honorary chairman, signed by Secretary of The Treasury Henry H. Fowler; a citation from the Ladies Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign Wars; and a citation from the Veteran's Assistance League. Also includes two vintage color photographs and one black & white photograph of Phyllis Diller with Bob Hope and Joey Heatherton while on tour in Vietnam during 1966.
