A double uncut poster, a double-sided poster color separation print, and a printing plate used to make the third authorized printing of this Grateful Dead concert poster circa 1967. Designed by Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley. The Family Dog produced concert took place at the Avalon Ballroom on November 4 and 5, 1966. The final printed poster is referred to as FD33 (3).
