A multicolored pastel skirt suit with lace trimming worn by Phyllis Diller on the Jonathan Winters Showtime comedy special with Milton Berle in 1986. The blouse zips on the back, and the skirt has a label that reads "custom made by Julie Richter." Together with a white blond wig with bobby pins on the back, attached to a white foam head with pins.
