A Travilla black satin gown circa 1980s inspired by a gown he designed for Linda Gray as Sue Ellen Ewing on Dallas (Lorimar Productions, 1978-1991). Gray wore a sequin embellished version of this gown on season seven episodes 29 "Deliverance" and 30 "Swan Song." The satin sheath has an asymmetrical neckline with a single sleeve embellished with feathers and black plumes and a gored train. A label reads "Travilla." Size 8. Travilla was brought on as the costume designer for Dallas in 1984 to infuse the series with optimal glamour. He won Outstanding Costume Design for a Series in 1984-85 season for his work on Dallas .
