A cream chiffon two-piece dressing gown worn by Rosalind Russell in Tell It to the Judge (Columbia, 1949). The ensemble comprises a sleeveless trapeze style underdress with a floating back panel and built-in bra and a long-sleeve overgown with front hook and eye closure and a Columbia Pictures label that is inscribed "1192 Rosalind Russell." The fur trim has been removed. Costume design by Jean Louis. Accompanied by a black and white studio image of Russell in the ensemble with snipe on verso. Categories:
