A pale green silk faille period hat worn by Constance Bennett in Centennial Summer (20th Century, 1946). The hat is embellished with golden yellow and fuchsia velvet ribbons and feather plumes in shades of pink and purple with an artificial horsehair lining. A bias label reads "479-72-C.Bennett 1 39 2 2942." The hat has been reworked post production. Sam Benson was the wardrobe supervisor on this film. Accompanied by a black and white studio image of Bennett wearing the hat. Categories:
