Two day ensembles circa 1970s owned by Elizabeth Taylor. The first is a three-piece silk chocolate ensemble with a vermilion floral print comprising a blouse, light jacket, and skirt. No labels or size present. Taylor is pictured in an identical ensemble with Ronald Reagan at a 1978 rally for then husband John Warner's bid for U.S. Senate as well as with Marcel Marceau in Washington, D.C., Oct. 4, 1980. The second is a designer ensemble comprising an orange silk blouse with a ruffled collar and cuffs labeled "Louis Féraud Paris," size 44, and an orange skirt with two front pockets and pearlized buttons labeled "Marianne Made in France," size 46.
