Joseff of Hollywood also created bee pins in this style for the retail market. The retail version of these bees appears in the books Signed Beauties of Costume Jewelry : Identification & Values by Marcia Brown (Paducah: Collector Books, 2000) and Read My Pins : Stories from a Diplomat's Jewel Box by Madeleine Albright (Melcher Media, 2009).
