STELLA STEVENS BIRTH AFFIDAVIT, YEARBOOKS, AND PASSPORT

A group of personal documents belonging to Stella Stevens: a notarized birth affidavit signed Estelle Eggleston (Stella Stevens' birth name), an embossed copy of her record of birth, and a certificate of birth registration from the Mississippi State Board of Health; a pair of Memphis, Tennessee, school yearbooks, both signed "Estelle Eggleston," one for 1951, and one for 1954; and a U.S. Passport issued November 15, 1961, together with a document for air travel insurance.
