Number 2 of the three original prototypes played on tour by Ben Harper, this Ben Harper Signature Model Prototype 6-string lap steel guitar by Asher Guitars has been extensively played by Ben Harper and is signed by him. Serial number 172. This lap steel has a flame maple top, African mahogany body, and Brazilian rosewood fingerboard. On the back of the headstock it states "Ben Harper Mdl. Series II prototype #2 of 3." Includes a soft-sided gig bag. The builder, Bill Asher, owner of Asher Guitars, is the son of Elizabeth Montgomery, who played Samantha Stephens in the television show Bewitched . Included is a vintage Dell comic book featuring on the cover Montgomery as Stephens playing guitar. Categories:
