A signed poster for the Stanley Mouse exhibition at the Detroit Institute of Arts in 1970. The poster was designed by fellow artist Alton Kelley in the style of blueprint with a car in front of American flags. The piece is signed by both Mouse and Kelley. Mouse is a Detroit native who attended the School for the Society of Arts and Crafts before leaving to live and work in San Francisco. The car imagery on the poster is appropriate for Mouse. Prior to his rock and roll artwork, Mouse produced artwork for and on cars and hot rods in Detroit. Framed by Kelley.
