The "old gold" color polyester jersey features "Duncan" on the jersey nameplate in black tackle twill lettering over Duncan's uniform number "21" in white-on-old-gold-on-black tackle twill. The jersey, framed with a white-over-gold matting, is mounted inside the frame over a faux-parquet basketball floor. Cut out twice from the matting is Duncan's jersey number "21," with additional cut-outs for two Demon Deacons logos and a sign that reads "Tim Duncan/ Wake Forest Demon Deacons."
