The four-panel print, created by artist George Bungarda, depicts 15 top stars from baseball, football, basketball and hockey, with each athlete signing the lithograph in black marker either along the base of the appropriate panel or by their given image on the lithograph. Signatures include, from baseball: "Catfish" Hunter, Willie Stargell, Duke Snider, Ernie Banks, Brooks Robinson, Enos Slaughter, Fergie Jenkins, Juan Marichal, Monte Irvin, Gaylord Perry, Bob Feller, George Kell, Bob Lemon, Bobby Doerr and Rollie Fingers. From football: Don Maynard, Herb Adderley, Fred Biletnikoff, Bob Lilly, Y.A. Tittle, "Night Train" Lane, Elroy Hirsch, Deacon Jones, Paul Horning, Jim Brown, Dick Butkus, Steve Van Buren, Roosevelt Brown, Marion Motley and Art Donovan.
