A black and white skirt suit worn by Madonna in her Golden Globe-winning role as Eva Peron in Evita (Cinergi Pictures, 1996). The suit comprises a tailored jacket with a pleated peplum and pearlized buttons with a slender-fitting skirt. The jacket has a Madonna label and two Palace Costumes labels, one inscribed "Wsuit 493D." The skirt has Madonna and Palace Costume labels. Costume design by Penny Rose. The film was nominated for five Academy Awards and won one. Accompanied by a copy of the film and a certificate of authenticity signed by Melody Barnett of Palace Costume Company. Categories: Madonna
