A Victorian wooden and embossed leather steamer trunk originally from the estate of Gypsy Rose Lee. The trunk has metal and brass hardware and printed paper lining and has been customized with period fashion plates and printed images. The trunk was reported to have been used by Lee while traveling the Vaudeville circuit as a teenager. Originally acquired at The Gypsy Rose Lee Estate Auction in 1978.
