A "first state" Beatles Butcher cover album ( Yesterday and Today ). This original 1966 stereo copy was produced at Modern Album Company in Burbank, California, in 1966. An employee of the company took a copy of the album that was going to be destroyed home with him. This is the first time this particular copy has come up for sale. The album is labeled "Capitol Records ST-2553" and is printed with the number "5" on the lower right corner, indicating it was manufactured in Los Angeles. Accompanied by a signed letter from the owner and a letter of authenticity from Beatles memorabilia expert Perry Cox. Approximately 12 1/2 by 12 1/4 inches Categories: The Beatles
