The helmet is from the fictional team "Mean Machine," which was a team consisting of the actors playing prison inmates in the film. The helmet is signed by cast members including Reynolds, Adam Sandler, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, Brian Bosworth, Bill Romanowski, Terry Crews, William FichTner, Conrad Goode, Nicholas Turturro and Brandon Molale in silver marker.
