A black leather saddle covered with the hand tooled California poppies design, with large round corner concha ornaments having hand chased foliate decoration surmounted by poppy ornaments and poppy tie conchas. The saddle has matching tooled fenders, a Corona blanket, and a mohair cinch. The leather tapaderos cover chased sterling rope-design edged stirrups with California poppy conchas. The ornate sterling cantle is engraved "Big Burt Xmas 1981" and the saddle is marked with the Edward H. Bohlin shield and engraved "Made for B R." The collar, bridle, reins, and ties all match the black leather and California poppies design. Together with a rolling wood Bohlin stand marked "Made for Burt Reynolds."
