Colonel George T. Lee; a typed letter from the American Red Cross, dated 1944, thanking Rainer for her morale-boosting visit to the 106th Station Hospital in Naples, Italy; and an appreciation for contributions to the recreational programs in the Middle East, North Africa, and Persian Gulf theaters of operation from 1943 to 1944, signed by Brigadier General Joseph W.
