A pair of gold tone earrings worn by Halle Berry as Frankie in the motion picture Frankie & Alice (Access, 2010). The earrings are constructed of plastic with gold glittering embellishment. Berry can be seen wearing these earrings in the club dressing room scene where she gives advice to Tina, portrayed by Melanie Papalia, about how to perform on stage. Frankie & Alice is based on the true story of a popular black go-go dancer/stripper in the 1970s who suffered from dissociative identity disorder. Berry was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture – Drama for her work in the film. Costume design by Ruth E. Carter.
