Streisand wore this ensemble to the American Film Institute’s 1976 Lifetime Achievement Award ceremony honoring director William Wyler. Streisand took the stage to toast the celebrated director as she had worked with him on the film Funny Girl. This outfit was also wore for Streisand's A Star Is Born headshot.
