Acrylic paint on a Epiphone Casino hollow-body, laminated maple-top guitar with mahogany neck. Gianina Lopategui, a Puerto Rican from Dallas, Texas, first truly picked up a pencil at the age of three and has been drawing ever since. She later continued her education at the Savannah College of Art and Design, earning degrees in illustration and computer art, with an emphasis on traditional animation.
