Gibson Guitar Sclupture, 10 foot tall, fiberglass. Signed by Luis Fonsi. Jesus Villarreal is a Venezuelan artist with an ample trajectory in the world of the arts. He has graduated from the Julio Arraga School of the Arts and from the University of Zulia with a Bachelor's degree in Hispanic Literature. Besides being a painter, Villarreal is a musician. this has driven him to fuse these 2 disciplines in his exhibitions by presenting what he has called "Synesthesia" which is "to see music and listen to color". He ahs presented this performance with great success in Venezuela, Spain, Austria, and the US. In Hebrew, Halal means an extravagant praise to God expressed with dance and joy. It is to celebrate, to skip, to jump, to act wildly as one who's lost their mind. Painting and music function as one discipline for me. I cannot separate them.
