Three-day advanced sale Woodstock Ticket, press mounted between wood and plexiglass. Dated August 15-17, 1969. Ticket number 71595. The Woodstock Music and Art Fair, described by then New York Times journalist Barnard Law Collier "the amazing and beautiful accident", is the touch point for 60s counter-culture and music. Tickets such as this one were sold only in New York record stores and via mail.
