A can-can costume worn by Mitzi Gaynor in The I Don't Care Girl (20th Century, 1953). The black dress has a fitted bustier bodice and a full skirt with a ruffle hem and a built-in exposed petticoat with several layers in varying shades of bright pink. The dress is embellished with black paillettes, and the bust is garnished with pink silk flowers. A bias label reads "1-25-1-4123 Mitzi Gaynor A656-15." Costume design by Renie.
