A 2008 Gibson 1959 Les Paul Standard Vintage Original Reissue from Gibson's Custom Shop, carved figured maple top, solid mahogany back and 1-piece mahogany neck, BurstBucker 1 (R) and 2 (T) pickups, 2 volume, 2 tone, 3-way selector switch in lemon burst finish. This guitar was sent directly to Jimmy in London from Gibson's Custom Division in Nashville. Jimmy has agreed to sign the guitar and personalize it to the winning bidder. Jimmy will also provide the winning bidder with photographs of himself both playing and signing the guitar after the conclusion of the auction. The winner will supply the name they would like the guitar personalized to. This 1959 Les Paul Reissue is very similar to the Les Paul that Page has played throughout his career, particularly during his tenure with Led Zeppelin. That Les Paul was either given to Page by Joe Walsh or purchased from Walsh according to varying accounts. Categories:
