A synthetic brown shirt with diagonal red and off-white striping, worn by Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs in the television series Welcome Back Kotter (ABC TV, 1975-1979). Jacobs played the character Freddie "Boom-Boom" Washington for 92 episodes. The label reads "Kings Road/Sears/The Mens Store, Size M." Also included is a manila tag with scene information.
