A card produced by NPG Records given by Prince to his then girlfriend. The card includes a CD-R copy of the CD Beautiful Experience . The front of the card reads "4U." On the left interior are the lyrics to the song "The Most Beautiful Girl in the World"; on the right is a questionnaire for the gift giver to fill out. Prince has written that the card is to Charlene and on the "From" line he has written a symbol.
