A shield used by King Philip's army in Robin Hood (Universal Pictures, 2010), starring Russell Crowe. Seen at the end of the film as the French invade England, this full-sized shield is crafted on a wood form, slightly padded in the front, then covered with stretched canvas and painted a deep green. Pale yellow fleur-de-lis patterns adorn the front. The reverse has a series of straps and an additional padded section to protect the actor's arm. 31 by 18 inches. Categories:
