A costume worn by Maximus, played by Russell Crowe in the Oscar-winning movie Gladiator (DreamWorks SKG/Universal, 2000). This is the sack cloth costume that Maximus wears while training to become the titular character. The outfit is presented on a custom made display stand featuring a light-up base with the movie logo. The inside of the costume is lined in white, as were those for all the principal characters for this scene, and is labeled "Max". The wide leather belt is not labeled and cannot be guaranteed to have been worn by Crowe. It is a production-used item from the set, though, and appropriate to the character. It completes this impressive display perfectly. Accompanied by a copy of the film. Categories:
