Sold for:
$10,240

A red jersey halter dress with asymmetric iridescent cobalt, jet and ruby colored stones and embroidery. Midler kept this dress from Cher but returned the second dress to Cher by leaving it in her dressing room at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace for Cher to find at the end of her show, The Showgirl Must Go On in 2010. "When I was in London for my Palladium opening night I had nothing to wear so I called Cher and she immediately sent me two gowns; this is one of them. I asked her if she wanted this one back and she laughed her head off." - Bette Categories: Bette Midler
