(New York: William Morrow and Company, Inc., 2000) signed and inscribed on the inside “To Danny/ all the best/ Ed Koch”; a black and white photograph of Jerry Brown, credited to Janet Orsi and inscribed in silver marker “Danny/ Good Luck! Jerry Brown”; a typed, signed letter from Michael Bloomberg, offering his condolences to Mr. Leeds.
