A framed handwritten and signed card on “Ronald Reagan” letterhead with the presidential insignia above, reading in part, “Nancy & I are deeply grateful for your kindness following the announcement of my illness. ” The letter is undated, but could be in reference to colon cancer in 1985 or Alzheimer’s disease in 1994.
