A collection of uniform and cultural insignias covering the history of Star Trek (Paramount, 1966-Present). The display, created by The Franklin Mint and released in 1992, includes 12 solid sterling silver insignias with some detail plated in 24-karat gold. The insignias are mounted in a glass front display cabinet with felt backing and recessed areas to hold the pieces in place. The display cabinet's glass front is hinged to access the pieces.
