A black wool jacket with double breasted front closure featuring eight crest buttons, burgundy silk lining and signature armband, gold and black striped ribbon epaulets with buttons and red enamel crown pins and large gold metal eagles at each shoulder. This mid-length jacket features many of the signature elements used by Michael Jackson's costumers Dennis Tompkins and Michael Bush. The jacket is accompanied by a copy of a handwritten letter from Amy Hartman on MJJ Productions Office of Special Services letterhead dated June 30, 1998, explaining that this jacket is one of five that traveled with Jackson on tour and that the jackets were given to employees and donated for charitable purposes.
