A letter from Marion Davies dated March 1, 1952, to celebrity attorney Gregson Bautzer. This letter may be the carbon copy sent to Charles Lederer, as it is signed “Love Aunt Marion.” The letter denounces the actions of the Hearst Newspaper Corporation since William Randolph Hearst’s death. Reads in part, “I am determined now to go to court. The whole attitude of the people in charge of the Hearst newspapers has become antagonistic.
