A costume and prop lot from the 10th season episode “Icarus” from Law & Order : Criminal Intent (NBCUniversal, 2001–2011). The lot consists of a pair of Grecian-styled chiton garments worn by Marc Landry (Billy Magnussen) in the role of Icarus and stuntman Steve DeCastro as Daedelus. The Icarus costume is an off-white cotton belted tunic is gathered at the shoulders with a jeweled gold metal rope closure. The piece is lined with pale blue nylon and is detailed with light blue ribbons and the neckline has an embroidered leaf pattern in gold thread. The tunic also has two reinforced slits in the back to accommodate a flying rig. The Daedelus costume is of the same period but comes in two pieces. The outer tunic is off-white with dyed grey detailing and a two – tone embroidered pattern around the edges. it is adorned with a gold metal belt and gold and jeweled pieces to gather at the shoulders. The undergarment is made of a rough brown silk with shoulder straps to hold it in place. The costumes come with continuity photos of the actors on the set in costume. Also included is a 42 by 20 inch poster for the musical. Mounted on posterboard, the image shows a silhouette of the title character and contains the names of the characters from the episode. In addition, a program from the fictional production and actor’s headshots as seen in the episode and a prop “New York Ledger” newspaper featured in the episode. Categories: Law & Order
