An intentionally distressed brown beaver top hat with a brown grosgrain ribbon, worn by Fred Astaire in a scene from Easter Parade (MGM, 1948). Unmarked inside but with an attached tag reading "Fifteenth Day MGM Auction W111," from the 1970 MGM Studios auction conducted by David Weisz & Co. Together with a black and white publicity still of Astaire wearing the hat and another black and white photograph of Astaire in a top hat.
