A pewter and grey two-piece floor-length Elizabethan style gown with floral patterned fabric, slashed silk sleeves, metallic corded trim and lace. Marked with a Warner Bros. label numbered "12985-267" and handwritten inscription "DeHavilland #1." Worn by Olivia de Havilland as Lady Penelope Grey in the motion picture The Private Lives of Elizabeth and Essex (Warner Bros., 1939).
