The empire waist dress has a v-neck and bat-wing sleeves and a high slit up the center front of the skirt. Accented with applied dots of glitter in an all-over design. Accompanied by a tour book from the Moment of Truth Tour showing Houston in this dress. The dress was won by the consignor through a radio station contest in Long Island, New York.
