Frank Sinatra typed letter to Mia Farrow dated, "July 21, 1982" written on Frank Sinatra stationery and accompanied by transmittal envelope. Signed by Sinatra who also typed "I send you much love and" the typing breaks off and in black pen he writes, "a kiss on the nose."
