"” Awarded by Dick Martin and Dan Rowan on the comedy sketch show "Laugh-In"” (NBC, 1967-1973) the satirical award was given to celebrities and government officials for dubious "achievements." The Pentagon was a five-time winner. Believed to have been used multiple times for the long-standing sketch. Also referred to as "The Winged Weenie,"” "“The Rigid Digit"” and "“The Wonderful Wiggler."” Stamped on base, "George Schlatter - ED Friendly Productions and Romart,.
