A John Lennon bathrobe. The robe was originally sold by Lennon’s housekeeper, Dorothy “Dot” Jarlett, who said she was given the robe by Lennon for her son. Jarlett worked for Lennon at his Kenwood mansion in the mid-1960s. The striped bathrobe in blue, green, brown, black and white has two exterior pockets and a matching tie belt. No size present. Accompanied by a photocopy of a letter of authenticity from Jarlett and additional materials about subsequent sales of the robe.
