A pair of Vinnie Vincent’s stage worn boots. Black suede Jon Franco Pirelli ankle boots, with slight heel, zipper at instep on each; one boot is lined in black leather, the other in dark blue leather. Vincent wore these boots for four concerts during KISS’ Lick It Up tour, in publicity photographs, in the videos for Vinnie Vincent Invasion’s “Love Kills” and “That Time of Year” as well as part of his personal wardrobe. Publicity photographs included in KISS’ 1983 Lick It Up tour program show Vincent in these boots. Vincent recalls that a tear at the top of the right boot was caused when it caught on a piece of metal on stage during a KISS concert.
