A Michael Jackson belt worn to the Oscars ceremony in 1991. Jackson’s date to the ceremony that year was Madonna. The belt is constructed of 11 overlaying silver tone metal plates with gold tone badges centered on ten of the plates. The badges are topped with an eagle figure and read “Special Officer.” The belt closure is two interlocking pieces of the last plates and Velcro.
