A set of three custom prop Tribbles made for the Star Trek : Deep Space Nine (CBS, 1993-1999) episode "Trials and Tribble-ations" (Season 5, episode 6). These were seen on set in the re-created U.S.S. Enterprise set, in tribute to the original series as the Deep Space Nine characters appeared in the newly created story also featuring Captain Kirk and the original series crew from "The Trouble with Tribbles." This set includes a letter of authenticity from James Latta, who acquired the Tribbles directly from Majel Barret-Roddenberry, who had a number of Tribbles sent to her following the filming of this special episode of Deep Space Nine .
