A green and ivory check period dress worn by Julie Adams as Rosie McCoy in The Lawless Breed (Universal, 1953). The dress has an inset bodice with three-quarter-length bell sleeves, eyelet lace trim cuff, green satin faille apron and underskirt skirt, bow bustle, green satin swirl trim with ball tassels, and hook and eye back closure. The inset has been replaced for subsequent production. The dress was worn at the horse race and while assisting Rock Hudson as John Wesley Hardin to escape after he was shot. Costume design by Rosemary Odell. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and a copy of the film. Categories:
